Module storage 

Compatibility path for shared allocation ownership.

Codecs and authoring helpers use zencodec::storage directly; allocation ownership does not require an I/O driver. Both paths name the same types.

OwnedStorage

Uniquely owned, fixed-size admitted storage. Created by StorageBudget.

SharedStorage

Immutable shared view retaining its entire backing allocation’s charge. Dropping a queue entry or old configuration does not release storage held by another view. Borrowed slices cannot outlive the owner that keeps it charged.

StorageBudget

Shared allowance for buffers created through this allocator.
