Verify a Muxer’s pulled output.

make builds a fresh muxer; tracks and packets are valid input for it. Checked:

• The finished file is identical whether output is never drained, drained fully after every packet, drained in uneven prefixes (sometimes asking for more than is pending, which clamps), or taken with take_output; patches land inside the file.
• A second begin is ProtocolViolation::BeginTwice.
• With MuxHint::forward_only, begin either refuses with UnsupportedMedia::ForwardOnlyLayout or produces no patches, and the timing it reports says so.
