Parse an Apple iOS MakerNote blob ("Apple iOS\0" + version + byte-order
marker + IFD) and pull out the HDR tags.
Addressing has two bases (verified against iPhone 8/13/16/17 captures):
the byte-order marker and IFD live at offset 12, but the entries’ value
offsets for out-of-line data are relative to the MakerNote start
(maker[0]). Unrecognized notes, malformed entries or duplicate rendering
tags refuse extraction. The inspection view reports malformed entries individually.
