pub struct Options { /* private fields */ }Expand description
Managed payload storage and output limits. Neither bounds native allocations or queue bookkeeping.

impl Options
Sourcepub fn new(storage: StorageBudget, max_output_bytes: u64) -> Self
pub fn new(storage: StorageBudget, max_output_bytes: u64) -> Self
Row buffers and compressed staging share this admission pool. Zero output allowance is a real limit; it is not an unlimited sentinel.
Sourcepub fn with_disk_staging(
self,
file: File,
replay_bytes: NonZeroUsize,
) -> Result<Self>
pub fn with_disk_staging( self, file: File, replay_bytes: NonZeroUsize, ) -> Result<Self>
Stage finish-first output in an owned private scratch file at its end.
Existing prefixes are preserved. The output limit also caps disk payload.
Replay admits at most replay_bytes from the shared storage budget.
Spool writes may block with native state alive. The caller owns path,
permissions and deletion; aliases/external mutation are unsupported.
No fallback, file creation or deletion occurs. Live selection ignores
the scratch file and writes directly to the final destination.
Sourcepub fn with_raw_disk_staging(self, file: File, max_bytes: u64) -> Result<Self>
pub fn with_raw_disk_staging(self, file: File, max_bytes: u64) -> Result<Self>
Offer a distinct owned scratch file for raw replay, never the compressed output spool. Starts at the file end and preserves its prefix. The caller owns path, permissions and deletion and must not alias this with output. Raw disk bytes are capped separately; RAM digests use the storage budget. Replay is hash-verified, not an exact private immutable snapshot.
Sourcepub fn with_batch_rows(self, rows: NonZeroU32) -> Self
pub fn with_batch_rows(self, rows: NonZeroU32) -> Self
Maximum rows per push for a Rows plan. Replay strips are native-owned
and follow the native encoder’s requests; this does not bound their size.
Sourcepub fn with_policy_set(self, preset: PolicySet) -> Self
👎Deprecated: Pass PolicySet or BoundPolicy as the operation policy argument
pub fn with_policy_set(self, preset: PolicySet) -> Self
Pass PolicySet or BoundPolicy as the operation policy argument
Built-in policy used when the supplied callback returns UsePreset. During migration, these requirements and the policy argument both apply. A bound policy supplies preferences in place of these.
