FrameInterpretation

Struct FrameInterpretation

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub struct FrameInterpretation { pub geometry: FrameGeometry, pub subsampling: Subsampling, pub siting: ChromaSiting, pub encoding: SampleEncoding, pub roles: Vec<PlaneRole>, pub color: ColorClaim, pub config_epoch: u32, }
Expand description

Everything needed to interpret the samples of one frame. Immutable and shared through Arc: a configuration change makes a new one, and a frame keeps the one it was decoded under.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)§

This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.
§geometry: FrameGeometry

Picture shape.

§subsampling: Subsampling

Chroma subsampling.

§siting: ChromaSiting

Chroma siting.

§encoding: SampleEncoding

Sample storage and code depth.

§roles: Vec<PlaneRole>

What each plane holds, in plane order.

§color: ColorClaim

Colour claims.

§config_epoch: u32

The codec configuration epoch it was decoded under.

Implementations§

Source§

impl FrameInterpretation

Source

pub fn new( geometry: FrameGeometry, subsampling: Subsampling, siting: ChromaSiting, encoding: SampleEncoding, roles: Vec<PlaneRole>, ) -> FrameInterpretation

An interpretation with no colour claims, at epoch 0.

Source

pub fn with_color(self, color: ColorClaim) -> FrameInterpretation

The colour claims.

Source

pub fn with_config_epoch(self, epoch: u32) -> FrameInterpretation

The configuration epoch.
