Sub

Reached through a SubIFDs-style pointer, or chained after one.

Interop

The Interoperability IFD (40965), or chained after it.

MakerNote

A maker-note IFD inside a MakerNote (37500) value, walked by walk_ifd with the vendor’s offset base.
